American Agri-women
American Agri-Women (AAW) is a national organization with 50 state and commodity affiliate organizations as well as individual members throughout the country, representing tens of thousands of women involved in agriculture. Throughout the history of AAW, members have been actively involved and making a difference in legislative and regulatory matters at the local, state and national levels. The AAW has also been instrumental in student and consumer education about agriculture, the organization initiated the Agriculture in the Classroom program at the national level and is integrally involved in national and state programs.
AAW initiated the Agriculture in the Classroom program and also provides mentorships, University leadership programs, online curriculum resources, consumer education resources, conferences, and works with the Provider Pals program.
